Overview

Discover the Moroccan desert and its enchanting landscapes on a two-day adventure that will take you from Marrakech to Zagora, passing through historical sites, picturesque villages and breathtaking desert expanses. This unforgettable journey will allow you to immerse yourself in Berber culture, discover UNESCO World Heritage monuments and live the unique experience of crossing the desert on the back of a dromedary under a starry sky.

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Zagora

We will start our day early, taking the road to cross the High Atlas Mountains. After crossing the Tizi N’Tichka pass, at an altitude of 2260 meters, we will arrive at the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site, known for having served as the setting for many famous films such as The Mummy and Gladiator . After a lunch break overlooking the Ksar, we will continue our route to Zagora along the green Draa Valley, dotted with lush oases. Upon arrival, you will embark on a one-hour camel trek in an exceptional natural setting, followed by a magical moment to admire the sunset over the dunes. We will end this first day with dinner and an overnight stay in Zagora.

2nd day: Zagora – Draâ Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast in the heart of the palm grove, you will discover the cultural richness and diversity of the local population. On the way to Ouarzazate, we will stop for lunch, followed by a visit to the main sites of the city, including the Taourirt Kasbah and the famous film studios. At the end of the day, we will take the road again towards Marrakech, passing again through the spectacular Tizi N’Tichka pass, before arriving in the evening with unforgettable memories.
